Free Shipping: We offer 100% free shipping across India. No hidden charges or minimum purchase requirements—what you see is what you pay.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Once dispatched, delivery can be expected within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS so you can monitor your package in real time.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. If we’re unable to deliver to your location, you’ll be notified during checkout.

Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility:

Products are eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and documentation intact.
Perishable goods and items marked as non-returnable (such as personal hygiene products) are not eligible for return.

Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup from your address.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
In the case of COD orders, we’ll request your bank details for processing the refund.
